  • Salary: R269,499 per annum

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Essential Qualification:

  • Matriculation / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.

Required Knowledge:

  • Public Service Act & Regulations
  • Compensation Fund business strategies, goals, and value chain
  • PFMA and Treasury Regulations
  • Customer Services (Batho Pele Principles)

Required Skills:

  • Computer Literacy
  • Business writing skills
  • Listening skills, Telephone etiquette, and Basic Interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and verifying documents for registration.
  • Registering claims on the Operational System.
  • Assisting employer services at the kiosk, online system, and service centre.
  • Handling all services-related queries and complaints efficiently.
