Salary: R193,359 per annum
Location: Provincial Office, East London, Eastern Cape

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A Grade 10 qualification.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of Departmental policies and procedures, the Public Service Regulation Act, the Public Service Act, and other relevant legislation.
  • A working knowledge of Ministry operations is beneficial.
  • Essential skills include: Interpersonal, Communication (verbal and written), Computer literacy, Driving, Time management, and Conflict resolution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a vital member of the support team, your duties will include:

  • Collecting and delivering documents and correspondence from various locations, including the Post Office and other Departmental Offices.
  • Transporting employees, guests, and special advisors of the Minister to and from different areas.
  • Rendering general support functions within the office of the Minister.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on all relevant policies and procedures in the work environment.
