Who Should Apply? Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this life-changing apprenticeship program, you must meet the following criteria:

Education (You need one of the following):

  • A minimum of N3 or Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Science, plus two relevant trade-related subjects, each with a minimum pass of 50%.
  • OR
  • 7 subjects (including Mathematics and Science) at NCV Level 4, each with a minimum pass of 50%.

Skills & Competencies:

  • You must be a practical and logical thinker with a genuine interest in equipment maintenance.
  • You must be medically fit for the demands of a technical trade.
  • You must be a South African citizen.
  • You must have a willingness to work shifts and overtime as required by the role.

Location Preference:

  • Preference will be given to candidates residing within the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality.
